Strong wind nations join forces for new education

DTU has launched DigiWind in collaboration with four other strong European wind nations. The background is increasing demand for a qualified workforce with digital skills.

As the wind industry expands, there is a labor shortage in a number of areas, including AI, High Performance Computing and cybersecurity. Through DigiWind, DTU Wind and Energy Systems will offer specialized and interdisciplinary programs designed to develop advanced digital skills in wind and energy systems engineering.

The new digital master's and continuing education programs will help meet the global demand for labor.
