The partnership behind Risø Gateway adds experienced business leader

Experienced manager and strategic advisor Helle Vang Andersen is joining the next phase of Risø Gateway. As Program Director, she will lead the development of the strategic framework and organizational structure for the future internationally oriented business park.

The partnership behind Risø Gateway - DTU, Roskilde Municipality and Andel - is partnering with former Senior Vice President at Cowi Helle Vang Andersen. As a consultant in the next phase of Risø Gateway, she will lead the development of the framework and organization around the business park.

Helle Vang Andersen has solid competencies in strategy, implementation, organizational management and business development. In addition, she has significant experience in industry, utilities, public client organizations, authorities and financial institutions.

"I think it's incredibly exciting to create a dynamic connection between DTU and the business community, where ideas and innovation can flow both ways - from research to business and from practice to research. We can do that at Risø Gateway. The development of the synergies created by Risø Gateway will benefit both regionally, nationally and internationally," says Helle Vang Andersen.

Risø Gateway is a collaboration between a university, a municipality and an energy company, each with their own role in society, experience and competencies, who will develop the business park into a dynamic hotspot for sustainable energy technologies, energy systems and biosolutions. The ambition is a business park that is visible globally - and locally anchored close to knowledge environments and companies.
